Chef Asaf Stern is renowned for his original and sophisticated culinary and conceptual style, which has been shaped along the milestones of his professional career, including work at Moshik Rot’s restaurant “Moshik” in Amsterdam, supervision of Meir Adoni’s restaurants “Katit” and “Mizlala”, and the Italian restaurant Eviteriu, which was awarded three Michelin stars.
