What started out as an Italian dinner menu at Mifgash Osher falafel shop eventually took over and became Kapara Mio, an authentic Italian trattoria with curbside seating on King George Street, checkered tablecloths, a quaint wine menu, some interesting starters and a whole lot of handmade pasta. It’s like popping over to Italy without leaving the Levant: you’ve got heavenly fried ravioli, truffle tagliolini to drown in, insane pici pasta with 6-hour ragout or spicy tomatoes, and simple, great desserts such as flannacotta—a combination flan/panna cotta you won’t want to miss.
