Benny Briga is a special man who, after years in the restaurant industry, retired to this quaint little Levinsky shop where he works his magic using a 1950’s coffee maker, water, and some CO2—aka, sparkling water. The shelves are loaded with fermented fruit in giant jars, alongside specialty homemade syrups made of various herbs and peels. Every glass of soda is garnished with fresh or dried fruits and vegetables and plenty of aromatic greens—a fairytale in a glass with a straw. Briga’s soda is an Instagram sensation, its beauty well matched by its incredible refreshing taste.
